Recently, an event took place in Jinguang Kindergarten in SIP’s Shengpu Sub-district, where 30 families learned knowledge on waste sorting through a lecture, a contest and practices.

Concurrently, schools in the sub-district imparted knowledge on waste sorting to their students through animations, scene plays and other activities, educating them about the importance of disposing waste in proper ways for environmental protection.

In communities, community workers and volunteers served at garbage sheds to help residents sort waste, and carried out door-to-door campaigns to call on residents to sort household waste for environmental protection and resource conservation.
