The winners of the 2025 Greater Suzhou Employer Branding Competition were unveiled on Sept 12. A total of 46 companies stood out from over 300 contestants engaged in 10 sectors across Suzhou as the first prize recipients, and 22 garnered the Case Awards in 11 categories.

The competition was an upgrade of the annual Greater Suzhou Best Employers selection that was initiated in 2014 by SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (also known as O-HR), an HR service arm of SIP-based comprehensive real estate developer Sungent Group. It is aimed at infusing new impetus for SIP’s endeavor for high-quality talent development by discovering enterprises excelling in maintaining harmonious employer-employee relations and good work environment.

The 2025 Greater Suzhou Employer Branding Competition Cases was released at the award ceremony, giving a summary of exemplary practices of the winning companies.
